Specifically, the topics include beneficiary designations, tax implications, Required Minimum Distributions, Roth conversions, and coordination with trusts and estate plans. The speaker will also address recent legislative and regulatory developments, including the SECURE Act, and explore techniques to balance client goals for retirement income, asset preservation, and wealth transfer.
