Hans-Peter Kohler, A Demographic Future Without Children?
Join us for a “bring your own brown bag lunch” lecture in the McNeil Building or on Zoom.
Fertility rates are falling worldwide, reshaping societies and raising questions about economic sustainability and the future of family life. This talk explores the social, economic, and cultural forces driving low and lowest-low fertility, reviews global policy responses, and asks whether we are moving toward a world with permanently fewer children, or simply new ways of balancing family and modern life.
